[LEFT]Job Purpose: Developing & Identifying training needs analysis for the employees through training and coaching in order to Achieve the project’s goals and help the employees to enhance their performance. Accountabilities: Conducting training sessions for the employees in order to enhance their performance. Follow up and Measure the employee’s performance development and providing feedback. Conducting on job training for employees. Writing reports and submit it to the management. Helping the employee to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Reviewing and overseeing the training programs and make sure that it matches with our goals. Submitting reports to the training department. Providing the required support to the employees and make sure that they acquire benefits from the training sessions. Conducting group workshops for the employees. Any further requested duties. Qualification and Skill Requirements: · Education: Bachelor or Master degree · Experience: 2-4 Years’ experience as a coach or trainer. · Skills & Languages: Communication Skills. Certificates in the coaching field. Dialogue, listening and presenting skills. Training and coaching skills. Report writing skills. Computer skills. The ability to handle work pressure. Customer services skills. Motivations skills.
