[LEFT]SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY. POSITION IS BASED 50KM OUTSIDE JEDDAH. To develop and manage the HR & HR administration function of the offsite facility and entire Construction workforce. Administration • Maintain updated employee file for each employee • Monitor daily attendance and provide weekly / monthly report • Ensure accurate job descriptions are in place • Provide advice and assistance in writing job descriptions • Shortlist medical insurance provider and negotiate rates. • End of service and benefits administration • Administrating holidy management and sick leaves Performance Management Ensure line managers maintain / conduct annual performance management / objective setting meeting with subordinates and maintain the file Policies and Procedures · Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures · Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems · Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the industry. · Explain and provisions of the personnel policy. · Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour law etc. · Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the companies own employment policies and procedures On boarding of Employees • Coordinate with company Iqama officer and govt. authorities to issue iqamas / visa of expat recruits and employees. • Facilitate the onboarding process of new employees by scheduling the onboarding program and reminding focal points of agenda. • Work with the HR manager to develop the onboarding program. • Ensure that all new recruits are issued a company email address, laptop and work station upon arrival Recruitment • Source and interview for the position • Develop vendors for sourcing of prospective candidates • Source Saudi candidates for various functions throughout the organization structure Maintain accurate reports on the companies Saudization level. The Successful Applicant Appilicats must be matching the below requirements: Arabic speaking is a must Saudi national is preferable. 5-7 years of experience. It is essential to have experience and knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour/employment laws. In-depth and extensive knowledge of HR policy, processes and systems to Head of HR level. Ideally the successful candidate will be already based within Saudi Arabia. Essential to have experience in the construction field. Computer Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
