[LEFT]SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS This is a highly specialized position for creating and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization. It involves hiring and selection, assessment and development of employees as well as evaluating their performance. To develop policy, process and initiatives to meet the objectives of talent supply, career development, succession planning and managing development in line with the talent/ lea
ing and development strategies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provides proficient consultation on succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, and development plans and performance appraisal strategies. 2. Develops communication and marketing methods to enhance the soft and technical skills of employees 3. Coordinates and assists the employees on the performance appraisals. 4. Coordinates and participates in completion of terminations and exit interviews. 5. Coordinates with the managers about the Training and Development needs of the employees, designing workshops to increase their moral and enhance their performance. 6. Performs gap analysis, designs and leads programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities. 7. Manages employee Hiring and Selection, 8. Ensures that all the staff and resources are effectively allocated and deployed, and that the budget is managed effectively. 9. Manages and leads projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget. 10. Procures services such as outsourced labor for the industrial sector/ assessment centers from exte
al providers where necessary, ensures they are appropriately managed, monitored, and comply with confidentiality agreements with the company. 11. Provides initiatives to match the Saudization level required by labor law. 12. Optimizes HRDF resources to train & develop local talents (HRDF) in English & soft skills for optimum performance. At least successful 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment REQUIRED SKILLS · Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. · Up to date knowledge of Talent Management best practices · Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice · Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills. · Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, exte
