شركة النافذة الدولية لتقنية المعلومات بجدة والرياض بحاجة الى Senior System Engineer للجنسين [LEFT]Responsibilities are not limited to: o Deploy and maintain Microsoft products. o Provide regional technical assistance to overseas mission via telephone, email, and onsite visits. o Perform technical site surveys to determine structural and technical requirements. o Investigating and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first and second level support and troubleshooting. o Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs. o Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT projects. o Present technical proposal and solutions to the clients. o Write technical procedures and documentation for the solutions including operation and user guides. o Provide training to clients on the new solution. o Perform some pre-sales activities Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally; good phone skills. o Can work under pressure. o Teamwork oriented, self-motivated and self-developing. o Good Knowledge in the following technologies: • Windows Platforms • High Availability Technology • Virtualization • Active Directory • Exchange 2010, and 2013 o Good Knowledge in 2 of the following technologies at least: Microsoft Cloud Technology (Office 365 and Windows Azure) SQL 2008, 2012, and 2014 LYNC 2013 and Skype for Business 2015 Share Point 2010 and 2013 University degree in computer science / Engineering or related majors.
