[LEFT]ROLE PURPOSE:
To carry out training responsibilities using established methods and instruments, matches needs to solutions and implement training activities. To also design and deliver training programs tools and techniques.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Analysis of Training Needs
Identify, analyse and classify training needs based on assessment survey in IDB Member Countries and categorizes these needs by themes and priority.
Prepare lea
ing and training objectives and methods.
Programme Planning
Prepare courses to meet training needs, together with the required material.
Supervises organization of other regular training programs as planned in cooperation with the collaborating institution, and collects and analyzes training-related data and makes recommendations to support management decision-making regarding training activities.
Supervise training programs for trainers in collaboration with reputed Training Institutions and Centers of Excellency in and outside IDB Member Countries.
Assist in the design of nomination criteria, and the process of soliciting appropriate nominations of people, to match identified courses or other development activities.
Course Material
Assist in developing Training Packages, materials and Programs on Islamic Economics and Finance in-order to fit the identified needs of target users.
Course Delivery
Tutor effectively on core programmes, using established curricula and materials
Evaluation
Administer post-course evaluation of lea
ing, and act on findings to improve training provisions as required.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular progress report to brief IRTI Seniors about the work flow and issues if any
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification and Experience
Field of study in Economics / Finance / Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
4 to 6 years of related working experience
Master’s degree is preferred
Technical Skills
Professional teaching experience.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good computer technology skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required. Knowledge of the French language is advantageous
