Qualification and Job Responsibilities: – Strong managerial skills and knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks and other Oil and Gas related equipments. – Knowledgeable of industry norms and fabrication techniques. – Excellent interpersonal communication skills written and oral. – Able to manage multinational workforce. – Ability to co-ordinate and lead technical and commercial meetings with EPC Contractors and multinational clients. – Responsible to finalize, monitor and achieve targets and profitability and meet the expected budgets. – Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure maximum capacity utilization of man hours at all time. – Must be aware of prevailing market conditions and trends.
