[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To maintain and maximize operational availability of the process and filling/packing automated systems by providing adequate skills, material and management; To meet management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined product specifications, quality, safety and engineering standards. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or related discipline. Supplementary qualification in instrumentation /electronics. NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Good English skills. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a similar role in a multi-product dairy/food environment; Detailed knowledge of process and packing control systems; Detailed knowledge of implementing and maintain advanced automation systems and controls; Good knowledge in Siemens S7 and Wonderware PLC systems; Good understanding of visual basic/SQL and knowledge in design/operating and maintaining PLC/SCADA systems.
