CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Lead overall Quality Control function by ensuring that incoming materials, in-process products and finished goods are tested following the defined strategy within the agreed consumable, manpower and capital expenditure budget to provide management timely and accurate product quality information. Drive continuous improvement in quality control activities by adopting latest methods, techniques or systems to provide timely, accurate and cost effective quality information to management Experience Required Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food/Dairy Science or Microbiology Experience in the Infant Formula/nutrition industry/Pharma Have worked in ISO 17025 laboratory Managed/supervised complex laboratory operation including chemistry laboratory Have strong microbiology laboratory experience and practical knowledge, particularly with pathogen testing, Have strong results interpretation and scientific data interpretation and trending skills, Have strong experience in data, trend and root cause analysis Have strong investigation and problem solving skills Experience in statistical data analysis Due to the nationality mix policy nationality shall be either Philippine or Sir Lankan.
