Key aspects of the role include: Reporting to the Regional HR Manager 1 direct reportee Implements standards and defines guidelines for human resources operations Plans, organizes, and implement all human resources activities including benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development,employee relations, operations, and others relative to the OPU business/functional unit. Budgeting and Cost Management HR Operations Required Qualifications A Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required.
