Lead and develop the Operations’ Standardization Function through development, review and update of SOPs within the operation department to ensure standardization across all regions and stores.
· Lead the Operations’ Quality & Compliance Assurance Function through
o the Development of quality assurance Field Visits Plan (all Nahdi Stores Annually)
o Review & update of the Check lists and Templates which used in (field visits, Monthly Evaluation, Quality Visits) to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
o analyzing the outcomes from the Quality Assurance Reports and setting action plans with GMs to fulfill Gaps and follow through the execution of these plans
o Monitoring all Compliance Parameters (Example: Attendance, Nuhdeek, Insurance) and come up with action plan to improve compliance to company policies in order to ensure Proactive Assessment for adherence to company policies and procedures together in regards to the operation division with a Proactive Discovery of the Gaps and early corrective actions
· Lead and develop the Loss prevention function through
o Development of policies and procedures for minimizing the loss of merchandise, money or company assets.
o Evaluating and controlling the Utilization of all company assets inside the stores.
o Setting action plan with all stake holders to minimize losses and follow up execution to ensure the proper utilization of all company assets inside the store and to ensure adherence the agreed procedures
o Manage all processes related to Stock Taking (elasticity budget update, Analysis of shrinkage causes, Reconciliation Issues between stores and WH) to ensure better control on the loss of merchandise.
· Lead and develop the Manpower function (Stores’ Manpower) through
o Setting guidelines and plan for Developing the manpower matrix in regards to the Operation Division
o Setting plan for reviewing workload and Manpower optimization in regards to the Operation Division
o Participate in the assessment center process by lading the technical assessment and collaborating with the OD department in the Non-Technical assessments (Competency based)
o Participate in the annual Performance review for the Operation Division through the alignment between GMs and HR to ensure adherence to the agreed plan and meeting the due date with maximum efficiency
o Lead the Payment of all remuneration allowances to operation Team through alignment with GMs and approval of The STP with Stakeholders to be paid regularly on time
· Set & Develop the safety measures , policy, procedures and programs through the awareness of the operation teams in regards to the (Safety of customers, Crew inside the stores, VM team etc..) to ensure the proper safe environment for the operation staff.

· Participate in the Induction Program for New pharmacist and on-job training for the existing pharmacists with main goal to increase the awareness about the policies & SOPs that is to foster Operation management.
