The role of the FleetCo Operations Manager is to develop and implement FleetCo aggressive growth strategy in the local market in order to secure Careem’s short-term and long-term supply requirements. The perfect candidate would be from a consultancy or finance background. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop business cases for creating partnership opportunities Manage the relationship with key stakeholders both inte
ally (city GM’s, operations) and exte
ally (existing and potential partners) Expedite and manage the process of setting up supply related partnerships Integrate and optimize relevant processes (e.g. cash management, reconciliation, reporting, etc.) in order to increase efficiency and reduce risk Provide rapid and strategic data driven solutions to operational challenges REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on data-driven execution and planning, and a strong alignment with our core values: being bold, focused, agile and collaborative. For this unique role, additional qualifications are: Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable Background in finance, investment banking or consulting Arabic speaker is preferred Strong commercial sense and business acumen Great communicator - ability to communicate at different levels Data driven mindset with strong strategic and analytical approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines BENEFITS We offer an attractive total compensation package, with emphasis on equity compensation, excellent health benefits and monthly Careem credits.
