The role of the FleetCo Operations Manager is to develop and implement FleetCo aggressive growth strategy in the local market in order to secure Careem’s short-term and long-term supply requirements. The perfect candidate would be from a consultancy or finance background. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop business cases for creating partnership opportunities Manage the relationship with key stakeholders both inte
ally (city GM’s, operations) and exte
ally (existing and potential partners) Expedite and manage the process of setting up supply related partnerships Integrate and optimize relevant processes (e.g. cash management, reconciliation, reporting, etc.) in order to increase efficiency and reduce risk Provide rapid and strategic data driven solutions to operational challenges REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on data-driven execution and planning, and a strong alignment with our core values: being bold, focused, agile and collaborative.
