The purpose of this role is to plan all marketing activities across the Kingdom for both Retail, Dealers & Hypers. They will create the annual Marketing Calendar in coordination with the Retail, Dealer and Hyper Teams. This person will ensure that all aspects of the marketing activity has been coordinated with the exte
al agencies, ecommerce, and marketing. Planning will include any regional specific activities such as new showroom openings. Once the detail plans have been prepared they will be handed over to Marketing Team for execution. To manage Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality leading to increased sales and profitability. Build the Technical Infrastructure in collaboration with the Head of IT for automated back office process related to the overall business. Ensure timely and innovative promotions & brand awareness and engagement programs throughout the year. Design and deploy analytics capability across sales & marketing function Initiate a Customer loyalty program to maximise customer retention and expand the market share. Manage the PR activisties extensively throughout the year. Skills · Marketing and Advertising: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, advertising techniques, and media campaigns. · Customer (Guest) and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. · Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources management, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
