About Your Job:
You will be responsible for managing the finance cell at the station in line with QR policies and inte
al accounting procedures, you will also develop personnel at station level.
Your role will include correct monthly closing as per HQ target dates and the identification of reasons for variances and cost control by proper follow up. Handling accounts receivable and payable in a timely way to avoid penalties will be essential as will the negotiation of contracts on the best possible terms.

al audits and any further tasks assigned to you.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelors degree in Commerce. Additional professional qualification in finance, accounting or business is preferable (CA/CAPA/ACCA/CIMA). You will need a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in a similar position in a multicultural environment. Ideally you will have experience working with an airline.
Preferably you will have user level experience of any ERP accompanied by good working experience on spreadsheets. The ability to delegate work, mentor and coach are essential as well as the ability to train and develop subordinates skills and foster teamwork among team members.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and make improvements to business functions and processes to achieve organisational goals as well as the ability to coordinate actions, activities and prioritise tasks.
