DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Define, execute and facilitate national SACC training strategy, including technical and transactional M.A.I.C. •Assists Black Belts and Green Belts with project selection, execution and tracking of projects. Conduct project review with Black Belts and Green Belts at regular intervals •Provide specific tool training and tool facilitation for project team members Guides and mentors M.A.I.C. trained individuals •Drives adherence of project milestones •Develops standard center led, plant driven, and supplier driven metrics and reports •A Value Stream Mapping expert that can utilize Lean, Six Sigma tools, to identify, and map processesto drive cost improvement to the bottom line •Serve as Program Manager on strategic projects reporting out monthly to Executive Management at Cost Improvement Reviews •Manages / reports out on projects in all areas including funding, product cost and quality, productivity, safety, ergonomic, environmental, space and timing •Utilizes Microsoft Project or equivalent software to manage all phases of semi-complex to complex projects Develops contingency plans •Identify, audit and develop new and existing suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and products •Keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field and leads within/outside industry benchmarking efforts •Willing to travel for successful completion of projects EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PROFILE •Degree or MBA in business or technical field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain) •Master Black Belt Certification required •Multi-site project and program management experience •Knowledge in ERP systems •Comprehension & experience in financial analysis, budget attainment, ROI and forecasting
