Should have civil engineering degree
At least 10 years experience in “OSP” working in Saudi Arabia for big projects.
Awareness of the Saudi market (mainly in OSP related work)
Should be bilingual ( Saudi nationals may be considered as well)
Good knowledge and understanding of P&L and cash flow.
Able to establish and follow strong inte
al controls.
Able to demonstrate and practice strong ethical behavior.
