Job Description To manage and control the maintenance system (Fleet Vehicles, Cooling Units & Material Handling Equipment) within defined organization framework in order to meet efficient, reliable, quality standard distribution service (Frozen Food, Chilled Food, Dry Food) on time to the customer within approved budget plan and fixed time frame. Leadership: Organizes and manage the activates and work of teams and team leaders to insure that all work within maintenance area of Fleet Vehicles/ Cooling Units/ Material Handling Equipment maintenance activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner. Conduct performance appraisal evaluation of the teams and team leaders based on criteria of HR Department and review reports on time with corrective measures in case of poor performance. Obtain recommended training courses with guidance of ‘’Organization Development Department’’ to enhance the performance of teams and team leaders. Ensure the performance appraisal of all employees within Auto maintenance are completed by their supervisors in fair manner and adhere to the HR approved process to receive the appropriate feedback for all employees on time and in constructive manner. Products Distribution Service: Ensure the day to day operation of the Fleet Vehicles; Cooling Units and Material Handling Equipment are fully adhering in order to deliver the Frozen Food, Chilled Food and Dry Food to the customers in time. Maintenance: Ensure the implementation of the year plan of preventive maintenance schedule, annual maintenance schedule, major repairs, replacement, and disposal of Fleet Vehicles, Cooling Units and Material Handling Equipment in order to minimize the breakdowns and complete the food distribution activities as per the Business requirements. Ensure the availability of spare parts stock and maintain the stock level within approved budget of the Organization. Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled and cost effective manner. Budget Control: Review maintenance expenses on monthly basis with KPI (Key Performance Inspection) report in order to ensure the spending’s are in line with the approved budgets and take corrective measures in case of exceeding the budget. Man Power Plan: Review the Man Power Plan and identify the gaps in the year plan structure to ensure the availability of adequate resources in the Auto maintenance section empowering to the smooth operation of the Fleet Vehicles/ Cooling Units/ Material Handling Equipment. Process Review: Process half year review and annual review including achievements with comprehensive coverage of the Vehicles, Cooling Units, Material Handling Equipment. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘ Inte
ational Best Practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Contributes to the identification of new advance maintenance systems/ innovation opportunities utilizing existing resources empowering the business improvements of the organization. Safety, Quality & Environment: Complies with all relevant Safety, Quality and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a Healthy and Safe work Environment. Reporting Prepares accurate departmental reports of Sunbulah on time to meet the Company’s and department’s targets, policies and standards while presenting Quarter year review/ Half year review and year-end review. Skills Ability of managing, motivating and developing the team and obtaining the maximum output for the Organization. SAP and computer skills. Fluent in English including communication & presentation skills. Education Diploma in Auto Motive Feild
