1) Lead and develop operation’s team ( SV , Stores crew ) to : · Achieve company goals and objectives at area level · Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs at area level and enhance compliance · Reach peak performance through evaluation and coaching 2) Participate on setting area goals and objective and develop the required action plans for execution in alignment with company business plans 3) Provides regular reports that track all sales KPIs together with the action plan required to improve performance 4) Improve interdepartmental communication and team involvement through regular communication meetings and enhance team building activities.
