EXPERIENCE: 7 years experience in Bakery industry as Sr. production manager. Exposure to World Class Manufacturing Environment. Experience in the production of Bakery products preferred Lean manufacturing practice is mandatory COMPETENCIES : Very good spoken & written English. Computer literate to the level of handling the ability of developing own reporting packages and spread sheets. Ability to lead and manage multi-national work force. Effective Communication and interpersonal Leadership Machine Operation Analytical Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills Multi-Cultural Environment. QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Engineering
