Should have alteast 10+ years of experience, must be a Saudi citizen. Should have at least 4+ years of managing HR operations in the KSA, worked on localization / Saudisation. Worked with Technology / ICT companies. Detailed oriented, strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment. Provide advice and assistance to line managers to ensure that a sound and practical day-to-day people management approach is adopted. Ensure that all requests for HR services, ranging from enquiries on HR policies and procedures to requests for advice on daily people management issues, are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.
