Reporting # Reports any abnormality in his plant to Shift Supervisor and takes instruction from him and guide JQP operator for corrective action to achieve uninterrupted production. # Handles plant emergencies in his plant and guides JQP operator as per standard operating procedure to safeguard the plant equipment and personnel from any damage and injuries. # Starts the plant as per standard operating procedure and guides JQP operator in critical task in his plant to achieve safe and smooth operations of the plant. Operations # Ensures that log sheets, forms, and check list are completed during start up, normal operation, and during emergencies for review and data analysis, trouble shooting and optimization of plant. # Monitors unloading of raw material, loading of finished product as per standard operating procedure to achieve uninterrupted production. # Checks and guides JQP operator about packaging of finished product and ensures it is as per customer requirements in order to avoid customer complains. Good Housekeeping # Ensures housekeeping of his plant in order to keep plant area safe and clean. Training # Trains JQP operator on shop floor to fill future shortage of plant operator Communication # Communicates with shift supervisor, and maintenance crew for effectively completing any task related to maintenance of any equipment, normal operation of any equipment and emergency handling.
