Job Purpose: To ensure that the customer leads from telephone (in-bound & out-bound) are processed in the system and converted into qualitative prospects for various channels of Retail Sales and corporate as per the laid down guidelines. # Key Accountabilities Key Activities / Decision Areas 1 Acquire and generate qualified leads · Managing the process of generating leads by doing daily out-bound calls · Ensure that the leads are sanitised before passing the same to the lead chaser team leaders · Utilizing the Social media analytics tools to generate qualified leads. 2 Generate leads through outbound calls · Interact with exte
al customers during a outbound call in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner · Make 50 outbound calls daily · Identify customer needs to see the best alignment of his needs to our products · Recevive all incoming calls and insure a proper distrbution. · Answer inquiries related to products, services, partner program and solve customer issues when necessary 3 Optimizing the existing leads in CRM system · Record all customer information and maintain detailed records, in CRM system , on each lead worked · Track and monitor all leads and activities in CRM system · Contribute in structuring the leads pipeline to build the forecasting plan 4 Leads Distribution · Distribute potential leads to sales channels through CRM system · Apply leads distribution & re-distribution policy · Follow-up on leads and opportunities that have been distributed (timeframe/status..etc) & provide analyzes of the results · Provide daily and weekly report of distributed leads 5 Achieving Call Centre KPIs · Contribute towards achieving the call centre KPI’s and spare no effort to achieve individual and team objectives.
