Job Description
The candidate will act as the Manufacturing Controller; responsible for cost accounting activities related to our manufacturing operations. Major responsibilities include analyzing, reconciling, and controlling inventory, cost of sales, product margins, and productivity.
The position focuses on the continuous improvement of spending, balance sheet risk/opportunity, and product profitability in accordance with corporate policy and business objectives.
This position requires day to day involvement with our Manufacturing Operations organization as well as our Finance team.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform all cost accounting activities including standard cost development, average pricing analysis, margin and cost ratio analysis, inventory control, variance analysis, etc.
Provide reporting and analysis for all manufacturing activity including productivity, capital & department spending, forecasting, budgeting, absorption, inventory and operations planning, etc.
Participate in development of the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting.
Prepare and distribute managerial reports and explain financial results to non-financial audience.
Communicate and explain manufacturing performance through the P&L.
Effectively collaborate with colleagues from all departments including Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Lead and execute process improvement projects including cost saving, waste elimination, team participation and leadership.
Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of an ERP system (SAP).
Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to costing and managerial accounting.
Thorough documentation of inte
al control processes and ability to identify and mitigate control weaknesses.

Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in costing, stock control, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis etc. in manufacturing industry (FMCG Is preferred).
Fully aware about all manufacturing activity including productivity, capital & department spending, waste elimination and operations planning.
Professional in MS windows applications, able to work on ERP systems.
Excellent in English language.
Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Hard worker, able to meet deadlines & to work independently.
