JOB ROLE PURPOSE: To help the management team in analytical and quantitative research, analysis, decision support (building financial models) and in execution of real estate engagements within Saudi Arabia. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES: Financial Modeling: Conceive, prepare, analyze, and quality control financial models for Real Estate Investment & Development Calibrate & structure models for a variety of uses and outputs such as financial statements, key financial ratios, scenario analysis for the benefit of management, investors, and financiers Ensure key business drivers & assumptions effect the model(s) rationally and have been appropriately validated General knowledge of real estate benchmarks and metrics to analyze, evaluate and control projects 2. Research & Analysis: Identify and gather research in support of active engagements Perform various modes of research (desktop, primary, etc.) for active engagements & other opportunities Execute client engagements and other active projects Analyze key information using standard methodologies for preparing value added solutions 3. Business Documentation: Creation of impactful presentations, pitch books, private placement memorandums and other reports for exte
al consumption Project-based execution of various client engagements related to Real Estate Development Services 4. Administration: Assist Executive Management in various tasks as and when required Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized business school or CMA designation preferred Experience: 6 years of xperience in Transaction Advisory in a Big4 Accounting Firm (with at least 2 years of which are in Real Estate) having hands on experience of building financial models from scratch. Technical Skills: Bilingual (Fluent Arabic and English) Strong Financial Modelling Experience (must have) Expert in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint Project and Word
