Track the achievement of the stores objectives through the review of the system generated reports and customized reports such as the store scorecards, commercial scorecard, basket size analysis, benchmarking analysis…etc. to ensure the implementation of the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). · Implement the performance review Meeting through the set of the schedule, invitations, meeting agenda, meeting setup, presentation of the performance reports,…etc. in order to share the best practices and to follow-up the accomplishments and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achievement within the NLC Operations. · Lead the development of all Gove
ance with its related processes, policies, procedures, systems and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to establish sustainable and standard Operations environment · Participate in the Manpower planning function through developing and updating manpower matrix, reviewing workload distribution and reviewing stores and manpower duty hours and come up with proposals supported with deep analysis and business justification in line with the Manpower Planning Unit guidlines. · Manage the annual budget building exercise with its 2 aspects ,the sales forecast and expenses , and keep tracking the operating expenses on monthly bases in order to adhere to the company objectives · Build partnerships with the health care providers (Wellness Centers, Home Care Providers, Private Hospitals, Insurance Companies ….etc.) in order to generate the sales opportunities and enhance market share. · Lead/participate in the departmental and corporate projects and initiatives related to the area of accountability to ensure the proper implementation of the project as per the project plan. · Implement the mid and the final year incentive payments through the generation of the payment system report in order to communicate the final payments to the Payroll Department.
