Job Description
• Manage and direct all HR department staff and resources.
• Formulation and development of HR Policy for the company.
• Production and maintenance of staff instructions.
• Staff grading and salary structure.
• Coordination of staff appraisals.
•Monitoring of staff pay awards and otherentitlements.
• Recruitment, selection and retention of staff in consultation with the management team.
• Review and analysis of staff benefits and compensation.
• Management and implementation of staff disciplinary procedure.
• Passage of all required information to payroll to ensure correct staff salaries are paid accurately and on time.
• Implementation and maintenance of starter and leaver records including exit interviews.
• Staff welfare.
Skills
- Long term experience in healthcare HR.
-Very good interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-Fluent in English.
