Job Description -Monitor and control total employee compounds spending and set direction for rationalizing spending. -Manage the key processes and set the direction of improving and developing compounds services. -Implement the performance management system (Appraisals) and communicate the KPIs, Job accountabilities, roles and responsibilities to them ensuring fai
ess and consistent performance review among the team. -Set plan for Saudiziation in line with company plans and targets and regulations and monitor progress towards Saudiziation requirements as required. -Identify key talents within Compounds and put in place succession plan for critical positions. -Identify training needs and coach staff to support them deliver in their roles and ensure that they are working on a personal development plan Skills - Graduated ( business administration or hostel management ) - 5 years + experience in compounds or hotels management - Fluent in English and Arabic ( reading and writing ) - Excellent and high skills computer user Education Business Administration or Hostel Managemen
