Derivative Management: · n To quote, compare, and simulate Sharia’h compliant derivatives · To expand derivative counterparties for ICD· To manage and maintain derivative portfolio for ICD and clients· To keep abreast in market developments and standard/policy pertaining to derivatives Fixed Income Syndication:· To keep abreast on sukuk market developments globally and regionally · To analyze and provide sukuk pricing levels for ICD and clients· To ensure quality advisory services to other departments Asset and Liability Management:· To assist the Treasurer in implementing ALCO decisions pertaining to Treasury· To prepare related ALCO report as required by the Treasurer on accurate and timely basis· To monitor ALM position and take measures to mitigate risk and enhance profitability MIS Management:· To operate Treasury Software to manage and record derivative transactions · To prepare periodic reports pertaining to Derivative portfolio Risk Management:· To identify risks (fx/profit rate/counterparty) due to exposure to the portfolio given and propose solutions to mitigate them Compliance:· To comply with all approved policy, guideline and administrative instructions and circulars, while discharging the duties and responsibilities at all times. Other Roles: · To prepare timely credit proposal paper and KYC due-diligence as and when required by the Treasurer· To liaise with Back Office Treasury in matters pertaining to procedures, reconciliation, settlements, approvals· To assist other team members in performing basic tasks in their absence· To carry out any other ad-hoc roles assigned by the Treasurer Educational Qualification:: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MathematicsCFA and/or Financial Market Association Treasury Dealer License are/is an added advantage Work Experience:: Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Front Office (Dealing Room) with exposure in Derivatives and Fixed Income Syndication Technical Competencies:: Well versed with Treasury products and mechanics (knowledge in Islamic Banking concepts is an added advantage) Well-versed with Bloomberg, Reuters, MS Office Suite Knowledge in ALM, Fixed Income, Derivatives and NOP
