Manage, coach & motivate Healthcare nutrition Solutions specialist (HNSS) to gain HCP (incl. KOL) recommendation to drive and contribute market share for Danone Nutricia ELN brands in the assigned region. Build and lead a team of (HNSS) to become the trusted partners inspiring change in the first 1000 days nutrition to impact present and future health Main Responsibilities Plan and monitor HNSS activities: Check daily/weekly/monthly HNSS performance & reporting (demand creation, hospital listings, no. of calls, symposia etc.), review results and insights with Healthcare Nutrition National Solutions Manager, build up regional business plan reflecting the divisional objectives Analyze results by area and set objectives for HNSS: Ensure Market share growth is happening within the assigned area, through demand creation as an outcome from HN detailing activities Ensure the field activity are happening and reflecting in the Performance index Enable execution of campaigns: coach team to enable excellence in detailing, building credible & value added HCP relations, reporting market insights & results to HNNSM People development 50 Percent time in the field: Deliver individual in-field coaching and plan appropriate training offering with HN solutions Effectiveness Manager and/or HR to develop HNSS skills. Ensure succession planning in time. Talk and live the DELN business ethics & CODE. Build credible & effective team: Provide team with all business relevant information ,organize regular team meetings to identify and share best practices to build and update regional plans and to motivate HNSS, engage and release staff after clearance with HNNSM and HR. Get and keep best candidates. Manage key HCPs and regional KOLs: Build credibility and trust with key HCP and KOLs, manage key decision takers of top hospitals, coordinate cross-functional teams for key customers Plan, manage & monitor A&P budget: to optimize regional cost effectiveness, maximize ROI and efficiency of all company resources e.g. investments in key-accounts Be an active member of the National HN Leadership team: participate actively in team meetings & share best practices also cross-functionally, contribute pro-actively to National HN strategy and tactics, take leadership in solutions building, demonstrates ownership for team decisions Job Dimension Inte

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position managing a team is required. Excellent Leadership Skills and People Management experience.
