Role Summary The Farms & Hatchery inspector is responsible to perform inspections and other quality functions in support of broiler production and in conformance with quality standards. Strategic / General Duties and Responsibilities/ Operational Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring of the implementation of the quality control plan and follow-up as follows: Following scheduled tasks lists of daily monitoring of production operations on a regularbasis and assures that the provided standards are achieved in his area. Following up implementation of the QA/QC plan in the broiler farms & hatchery. Checks proper personal hygiene of workers e.g. wearing of uniforms and other protectiveclothes. Ensure the implementation of all quality control plan in all production facilities. Collect several type of samples from the production areas and submit to the laboratory. Keeps supervisor updated for status of production areas on a daily and weekly basis. Coordinate with lab technicians. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action tosupervisor. Accurately document the results of the inspections. Escalate any deviation in the standards to the direct supervisor. Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma in life science or related fields.
