Meet the maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information regarding ad-hoc maintenance and preventive maintenance, to ensure that the maintenance plan is accurate. · Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; by identifying resource needs; reviewing needs with appropriate management staff; in order to allocate resources accordingly. · Ensure outsourced contractors deliver services as required, by monitoring their performance and monitoring their maintenance activities, in order to ensure that preventive maintenance is conducted as per schedule. · Ensure the dissemination of knowledge among the maintenance staff by training or coordinating training in maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques. · Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by overseeing all work in progress to ensure abidance to Nahdi’s guidelines as well as ensure quality, timeliness and safety of maintenance activities. · Provide the maintenance manager with reports about the status of maintenance works in addition to root cause analyses to get to know the reason for breakdowns in order to take the necessary action by providing training himself or through a 3rd party on operating machinery. · Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
