Review the final feasibility study and the related documents (as contract) conducted for the Network Development Portfolio projects based on the set acceptance criteria and communicate to the conce
ed stakeholders in case of incompliance in order to be indexed, archived and updated on the shared folder.
· Create and update the stores information on the Business Intelligence system through including all the store data from investor, address, telephone number, area, forecasted sales…etc to ensure the availability of the stores data to all the divisions and in order to issue all the required reports.
· Design the project setup based on the geographic area, type of the project and project status in order to be able to manage the project and assess the performance of the stakeholders.
· Communicate with the conce
ed stakeholders (as the operations, decoration, manpower planning…etc) through distributing the Department related tasks and issue periodic tasks progress reports to ensure meeting the deadlines, the communication of the assignments and to identify the variance between the progress and the assignments.
· Prepare all the data required for the workshops and presentations for the conce
ed stakeholders from meeting the deadlines and identification of the variance between the progress and the assignments.
· Conduct training sessions for the assigned Pharmacists on the steps and processes for the stores till the project end by being open to ensure smooth implementation of the projects.
· Manage and monitor the execution of the approved Seeding Plan through the communication with the Seeding Team Leader to ensure proper and timely implementation.
· Follow-up with the assigned Pharmacists any obstacles before the formal opening to ensure timely opening through the communication with the conce
ed stakeholders.
· Manage the performance of the seeding team through providing performance feedback and conversations, coaching, on job training, KPIs review…etc to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs and objectives.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned
