As part of the larger Typhoon Training Centre programme management team the Training Standards and Evaluation Lead will be responsible for:
Student Arrivals Briefs.
End of Course Feedback/Debriefs for Inte
al Validation (InVal) of TTC courseware and briefing the relevant Senior Instructors
Monitoring, analysing and progressing course InVal information for inte
al review. InVal trending information is to be presented to the Senior Instructors, the Training Management
Organising and participating in Exte
al Validations (ExVal)
Monitoring and driving the progression of Quality Observation Reports (QORs), Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs), Maintenance Error Management (MEMs) Actions and Maintenance Error Decision Aid (MEDA) investigations etc.
TTC Exam control and Management
Developing a comprehensive bank of questions.
Developing assessment strategies and implementing them.
Managing the test and exam process within Academic Wing (AW).
Act as the invigilators for end of phase or course exams.
Prepare end of phase or course exams.
Preparing exam reports.
JOB ACCOUNTABILTIES
The Training Standards and Evaluation Leader is responsible for the following activities:
Undertaking training audits across TTC.
Enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback that might promote service performance and responsiveness, resolve customer issues, and/or focus project transformation opportunities.
The Job Holder is responsible for supporting the Head of TTC for ensuring that the BAE approach to training gove
ance is adopted and that the relevant training lifecycle management processes are followed this also includes all related training change management processes.
The Job Holder will undertake instructor evaluation iaw with the calendar and ensure the evaluations are documented and securely stored.
RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
The STANEVAL will:
Have extensive proven curriculum, syllabus, course, and materials design and implementation experience.
Have extensive proven course and instructor evaluation experience.
Be educated to degree level and a professional qualification.
Knowledge of Training design and STANEVAL operating procedures.
Have experience as an instructor.
Have proven capability in engaging with Customers, and RSAF
Desirable:
The STANEVAL has:
A thorough understanding of TMIS/LMIS systems.
Experience and knowledge of RSAF practices and procedures preferably gained through extensive proven experience involvement with the Company’s programmes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
RECRUITMENT
The job holder will need to be from a College, University or Military background and have experience in the following areas:
A thorough understanding of BAE Training Gove
ance policies and procedures.
A thorough understanding of Training Lifecycle Management processes.
A thorough understanding instructor evaluation procedures and processes.
A good level of interpersonal skill to co-ordinate a large number of diverse activities and the ability to communicate, influence and direct the decision making process within the TTC
The job holder will need a extensive proven experience as a specialist in one of the following areas:
English Language Instructor.
Air Traffic Control Instructor.
Weapons Director Instructor.
Aerosciences Instructor.
Applied Sciences Instructor.
Navigation Instructor.
Airmanship Instructor.
Air Warfare Instructor.
Pilot Instructor.
