This role is to participate, as part of the Syndication & Partnership division in sourcing and executing syndicated loan transactions. This involves to work closely with inte
al and exte
al parties to ensure marketability of transactions on primary or secondary market. This requires also to support the team in maintaining dialogue with strategic partners and be able to identify new ones Duties & Responsibilties: Provide support in the credit approval process by undertaking in-depth financial analysis and participate in the execution of deals. Prepare marketing materials such as Confidential Information Memoranda, presentations, term sheets and mandate letters Monitor transaction closing, correspond with participating lenders or lead arrangers in bank groups, identify potential credit issues, and confirm proper loan documentation Review and analyze complex loan agreements Maintain any administrative duties on pre and post-closing basis Tracking business development (collect research, analyze industry trends) Interacting with FIs and DFIs, assisting in the development and management of the relationships with strategic FIs and DFIs Prepare relevant status and progress report related to the relationship with the existing or potential strategic partners Experince: 5-7 years’ experience in an investment banking firm Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Banking or Accounting OR MBA Skills: Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills Fair understanding of Syndication process at a financial institutions Familiar with Legal documentation related to syndicated loan agreement (preferred) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Genuine command of Microsoft Office (Excel, power point…) Familiarity with Bloomberg and Moody’s MFA preferred
