Manage sales efforts, activities, and results.
- Assists in development and execution of sales strategies. Promotes integrated sales of JCI and non-JCI systems and/or products.
- Coordinates project sales across the sales process phases.
- Provides market expertise and sales support.
- Evaluated in context of the standard size.
- Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.
- Often uses influence to convince both inte
al and exte
al parties who are skeptical or unwilling to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.
- Makes minor changes.
- Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods.
- Make better as party of day-to-day activities.
- Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.
- Manages less than three team members, or leads an indirect team which may be of substantive size.
- Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 Years minimum experience.
