Key Accountabilities: • Prepare monthly and yearly machine maintenance plans based on the company requirements (machines utilization and any other business needs). • Analyze the need for all parts and equipment, and provide budget input to the Supervisor. • Provide inputs to achieve effective approach to cost reductions. • Monitor and supervise all factory machines on a day-to-day basis and ensure smooth functionality. • Address any repair work required, including locating and troubleshooting machinery. • Follow up on and ensure implementation of machinery maintenance monthly and yearly plans. • Order and process required machinery parts purchase to ensure smooth production operation. • Monitor and inspect exte
al spare parts manufacturing ensuring production is according to predetermined specifications. • Monitor functioning, maintenance, and upgrading of mechanical system by overseeing work of contractors and vendors. • Monitor compliance with service level agreements and have contingency plans in place to ensure conformity to the required needs, quality, timelines, cost and regulations. • Verify and process the invoices received from contractors and vendors. • Research and identify emerging technologies and trends available and applicable to Gelatine and Capsules. • Act as mentor and provide coaching to maintenance workers. • Prepare reports regarding machines malfunction and work progress status updates to be submitted to the supervisor. • Provide direction and delegate tasks to maintenance workers. Job Requirements and Professional Experience: Field of Study : Mechanical Engineering/Thermal Engineering / any relevant discipline Professional Experience : Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience ORMaster’s Degree with 8 years of experience ORDoctorate with 3 years of experience Technical Skills: Verbal and written communication.
