To support the President/Vice President by providing required information, analytics, and technical advice in delivering his/her mandate and responsibilities effectively. To support and monitor implementation of the conce
ed Complex(s)’s business units strategic objectives, priorities, plans, and programs, and KPIs.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Key Accountabilities Key Activities
Strategic & Operational Planning
Assist the President/Vice President in developing, monitoring, and follow up performance of his/her KPIs.
Monitor alignment and implementation by the business units of the strategies, priorities, plans, resources allocations, programs, budgets, and KPIs.
Advise the President/Vice President on maximizing synergy amongst the Complex(s)’s business units, their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Executive Support
Manage and follow up on implementation of the executive communications and directives of the President/Vice President and report on their progress.
Carry out any assignments given to him/her by the conce
ed President/Vice President.
Keep the President/Vice President current on the developments and trends in the relevant Complex(s)’s field of activities.
Technical Support
Provide technical executive briefings and advice to the President/Vice President on policy papers, reports, and proposals, to aid in decision making, and discussions/ presentations on various forums.
Undertake research and represent the Complex(s) at appropriate professional and public forums, as and when required, as assigned by the President/Vice President.
Actively obtain and analyse inputs and feedback of the Complex(s) staff on various matters.
Communication
Promote two-way feedback mechanism between the Presidents/Vice President versus the business units and staff and to clarify issues, identify conce
s, to develop understanding and harmony of their respective perspectives.
Design and oversee an information intelligence system for the President/Vice President system to help monitoring and taking lea
ed decisions.
Design and oversee a document management system in the Office.
Promote Complex(s) activities and programs inte
ally and exte
ally.
Provide advice on improving the responsiveness to clients, and efficiency of communications of the Complex(s).
Relationship Management
Support the President/Vice President in establishing and maintaining relationships and communications with the Gove
ors, BED members, entities as well as exte
al institutions and promote linkages in the relevant areas.
People Management
Within delegated authority, provide overall coordination of staff and operational management of the President/Vice President Office.
Analysis and Reporting
Actively research and provide technical advice on resolution of delivery and operational issues, which hamper delivery of the Complex(s).
Prepare special reports and speeches, as requested by the President/Vice President.
