Providing detailed sales support and implementation management through demonstrations, knowledge expertise and support in the FMS suite of products Duties and Responsibilities in Details Executing Plans and Programs " Executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals Executive and Technical Duties " Preparing and presenting demonstrations, which describe the benefits of FMS technology applications, content, and services to customers and prospective customers via face-to-face meetings, virtual web-based meetings, tradeshows, and seminars " Working closely with the implementation team to prepare  Statement of Work documents for implementation " Preparing communications and sales tools such as presentations, specialized reports, link with marketing for launch materials and initiatives, and maintain monthly/quarterly updates " Conducting a scheduled meetings with clients regarding feedbacks and business follow ups " Participating in pre-sales activities related to presenting the technical capabilities of FMS s team to meet the client s requirements " Ensuring proper timing and delivery of the order processing, participating in the review and outline orders with supplier as per the standard quality level, as well as rejecting material that do not comply with the specifications Required Skills General Administrative Duties • Preparing periodic reports with respect to unit activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by his direct supervisor
