PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Lead the market supply chain in terms of process and procedures through with strong collaboration between the markets/distributors and the regional hub. Effectively manage the supply chain to ensure higher inventory rotation performance and efficiency in Distributor management. Lead and Facilitate the Demand Review Process as an integral part of the Regional GPS process. Ensure Quality is always in the forefront on how we manage our business in Distributors Process & Operations standards as well as Portfolio and Logistic Operations Management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaboration with sales on In Market Sales forecasting process
Lead and facilitate the Demand Review Process as an integral process for Regional GPS
Order negotiations and management with Distributors (VMI)
Distributor inventory monitoring and ageing management
Monitor and Control market retu
s and expiries bases on expiry policy.
Build KPI for Distributor performance in orders and inventory management.
Liaison with Regional Hub – Customer Service for logistics operations
Logistics Operations KPI review with regional Customer service & Logistics Operations.
Ensure distributor warehouses are upgraded & maintained as per Danone standards
Coordinate quality management processes & complaint handling with distributors & inte
al stake-holders
Quality audit responsible to ensure processes and warehouses are per Danone Quality Standards
Play an active and leading role in the coordination locally between Sales, Marketing and Finance
Create and lead DanAffiliate opportunities
Drive Continuous Improvement programs on increasing Distributor management efficiencies in Planning, Logistics & Supply Operations.

ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Languages required:
(Business English is required for all CODI roles)
Fluent in English and Arabic (Reading, Speaking & Writing)
Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical organization, 2-3 years in a managerial level in Supply Chain
Primarily hands on knowledge on local distributor management and supply chain management.
Preferably KSA experience
Education:
Bachelor Degree in relevant field
Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
Mobility:
Ideally the candidate should be open to move within the region or outside the region within Danone in 3-4 years, if such opportunity will arise which and contribute to his/her career growth
