Quality audit score @ min of 75% Customer Service Levels @ min 95% GPS Health check @min 70 points Order Management Accuracy @ min of 80% Distributor engagement & efficiency health check % in stock @ distributor ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Languages required: (Business English is required for all CODI roles) Fluent in English and Arabic (Reading, Speaking & Writing) Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical organization, 2-3 years in a managerial level in Supply Chain Primarily hands on knowledge on local distributor management and supply chain management. Preferably KSA experience Education: Bachelor Degree in relevant field Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point Mobility: Ideally the candidate should be open to move within the region or outside the region within Danone in 3-4 years, if such opportunity will arise which and contribute to his/her career growth
