Lead ‘Technical expert’ for various critical projects •Empanel subcontractors, suppliers and execute mutually beneficial service level agreement/contracts. •Troubleshoots production issues and implements preventive or corrective action•Plan, delegate and direct employees regularly for single/multiple project implementation •Recommends changes to improve quality and reduce costs •Plan manpower level, training requirements, resource allocation, etc. •Prepare quotations, regular follow ups and ensure the production targets are achieved. •Ensure that the production facility is compliant to all the legal requirements.•Support procurement, logistics and delivery of required materials for smooth project implementation. •Ensure implementation of policies, rules, regulations, practices and procedures. •Performance evaluation and Associates appraisals in production area•Communicate with employees, sub-contractors and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards and time schedules are met. •Coordinate inte
ally to assure the quotation and design submissions aligns to Corporate Identity Guidelines of TMC (Toyota Motors Corporation) Lexus and ALJ (Abdul Latif Jameel). •Communicate and liaise regularly with representatives of different ALJ companies to get signage production related works •Coordinate to arrange regular staff meetings (FGDs, town-hall meetings etc.) and transfer relevant information to different levels of employees. •Ensure usual channel of communication among ALJOAC departments for the smooth implementation of visual activation, Unipole maintenance, timely invoicing etc. Skills •Good verbal and written communication skills•Problem solving and judgement•Experience in reviewing Agreement & Contracts •Efficient in preparing presentations and formulation of business plans •Experience in Accounting principles•Skilled in MS-Office applications •Multi-tasking, interpersonal and Organizational skills •Ability to accomplish assignment promptly & precisely •Presentable, perfectionist, enthusiastic with result-oriented attitude
