 Bachelor’s engineering degree.  Minimum a total of (10) years’ experience in Building construction and Infrastructure projects.  Minimum a total of (7) years’ experience in contract management experiences.  Adequate knowledge of the Laws of Bids and Gove
ment Procurement and its implementing Regulations in Saudi Arabia.  In-depth knowledge of contracts law, Pre and Post Contracts, FIDIC.  Strong negotiation skills.  Excellent computer skills would include (MS Word, Excel, MS Project).  Fluent in the English language
