Manage and perform periodic “Sales performance monitoring, Customer Experience Check and KTA” for Zain shops and react accordingly
Manage the delivery of interventions to develop required staff talent level
Plan and perform periodic induction Programs to prepare new hire for their new role
Conduct developmental needs analysis for front-line staff and communicate regularly with the Zain shops management to identify training needs and align training with the organization strategy
Develop/Modify training and e-Lea
ing programs to align with developmental needs
Participate in activities to increase personal skill levels and to improve overall
Manage, monitor and develop eLea
ing to meet the organization Development requirements
Perform periodic observation and audit to track training impacts
Measure the lea
ing outcomes and report performance accordingly
Manage talent development team, providing professional guidance and developing training methodologies
Establish performance standards and provide constructive feedback based on performance evaluation results
Liaise and manage talent development activities in one region and report progress to stakeholders
Work closely and efficiently with all other Departments to achieve organizational objectives
