DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Carry out the project assignments on a daily basis as per the set plan
2. Responsible for fostering a work environment that rewards high performing staff and fosters
professional development and career advancement for top talent
3. Responsible for setting, monitoring and managing project budgets
4. Lead project team members across multiple work streams to achieve defined goals and
objectives
5. Manage assigned work under the direction of Senior Project Managers/office Director with
creative initiative to complete work on time and with high quality
6. Successfully manage multiple assignments and responsibilities while balancing priorities and
providing timely communication to colleagues and stakeholders
7. Ifassigned, serve as direct supervisor for junior staff
8. Manage and contribute to the production of project deliverables with clear written communication,
professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.
Accountable for completing project milestones according to organizational objectives
9. Make significant contributions to industry thought leadership through publications, speaking
engagements, and solutions development
10. Lead and conduct events including training sessions, conferences, and seminars
11. Contribute to effective relationships with supporting departments across the ministry
12. Collaborate effectively with diverse local and inte
ational teams demonstrating high emotional
intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
13. Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Skills
EDUCATION/LICENSURE:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent m business or healthcare administration, systems engineering, or
related field
• Masters or other graduate degree is preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• Must have significant healthcare experience (4+ years) capable of engaging with senior healthcare
executives
• Demonstrated capability to lead and implement large projects, PIMP certification is a great plus
• Experience in directing and facilitating project teams
• Education, training or certification in performance improvement is required
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written I verbal)
• Fluent in Arabic (written I verbal)
