Prepare CIA for new investments.
Prepare the consolidated financials.
Review & present the monthly, quarterly and annual financials & Management Accounts to the top management.
Preparation of medium and long term (3 to 5 years) business planning
Provide input on strategies to improve business performance
Setting KPIs for performance Appraisal
Setting development plans for team & execute them
Manage, investigate and review accidents/incidents
Align team’s effort with company’s projects
Provide project management support to departments.
Partner with management to understand expense and monitor performance against established targets.
Coach non-financial managers on interpreting and communicating financial data
Evaluate performance and highlight areas of attention to top management in a timely manner.
Making sure all the team maintaining budget within the level of authority.
