الوصف الوظيفي
-Establishes a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the overall company goals and objectives via leading the annual planning cycle of the brand/category (building blocks, initiative master plan, budget etc.
-across various touch points (in-store, outdoor, TV, activation, digital etc.), including leading the effort of various functions, agencies and suppliers.
-Ensure effective implementation of brand strategy in the different trade channels based on trade fundamentals (Distribution, availability, visibility and featuring) by monitoring performance, recommending solutions and developing tools to support sales team.
-Manages the P&L through product cost, pricing and budget of category/brand to maximize business profitability.
-Leads new product development effort from ideation to execution with the collaboration of the multifunctional team.
-Analyses market data from various sources (market share, sales, quantitative and qualitative research etc.) to form business recommendations that support the growth strategies.
-Measures and evaluate the business performance indicators and leverage data to identify improvements and make recommendations to the business plan.
