Planning and Budget: Execute the short and long-term strategy for the department within the context of the 5-year strategy for the Bahri Bollore business unit. Plan, direct and oversee all department processes and activities to achieve the annual plan. P&L Accountability: Manage overall branch operations, take business development initiatives, increase revenues and reduce costs to enhance financial performance of the branch. Operations: Direct and oversee the branch operations of Bahri Bollore business ensuring achievement of branch KPIs/objectives. Ensure efficient handling of vessel operations at port and effective customer services. Concepts and Policies: Adopt and apply new professional strategies and policies within the area of responsibility in accordance with management directions. Leadership and Team Management: Direct the team to set their annual objectives and assign tasks to the team members. Monitor daily activities in line with the assigned tasks. Train and coach team members and execute performance management for the team. Correct performance issues. Skills Bachelor Degree in Marine Transportation, Engineering or Business Administration.
