Responsible for operation of Altea Administration, Business Rules and Device Administration software and functions. Provide technical support to dispatchers and other operational staff in use of the systems and applications in your portfolio – mainly Operations System AIM, PPS, AMOS As required for these systems, administer user access and carry out regular system audits in compliance with the corporate security policy. For example, review user roles and access levels within the system on a quarterly basis. Responsible for monitoring, planning and testing for deployment of regular version upgrades of end user software. Work closely with Manager Integrated Operations Control Centre to monitor Service Bulletins (including safety related) distributed by vendors to ensure any system or software upgrades recommended for implementation are evaluated for use in the airline. Provide comprehensive support for operational problems, working with inte
al departments and third-party vendors using proper reporting and management processes to investigate and resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations. Be responsible for or contribute to projects, working with flyadeal business units and Amadeus to deliver technical solutions within schedule and budget. Meeting problem management SLA for resolution and response times to ensure maximum system uptime and achieve KPIs. Contribute to standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for inte
al team members. Facilitate, educate and support end-users on system best practices, and maintain good rapport with business units within the Company. Project Management and / or SME support in respect of projects impacting Airline Operations. Performing testing against operations systems applications for BAU and projects. Development of relevant management reports Work with Head of Operations and IT leaderships to assist in the delivery of departmental priorities and objectives.
