The role will be to administrate and manage support for the HN automation system to optimize performance. Our focus is to add value to the business with new, better and faster tools and support the company to lead the way in the Early life nutrition industry. Manage the E- Detailing materials preparation & building, upload and update on the system and prepare the Marketing scenarios to be deployed to the HN force. Develop and manage all the solution effectiveness dashboards, reporting and system extractions. Play a significant role in ensuring the Closed loop marketing process with ELN KEY RESULT AREAS Controlling: Manage the administrator operation of the application, where he can give permissions and privileges to whom can edit or add data which maintain the confidentiality, and authentication. Modifying: Manage the master data with the referral to the HNS manager and applying the necessary standard operating procedure (SOP). Coordination: Manage all the system updates & application upgrades if needed. Business Analysis: Displaying all type of creative reports and dashboards which is necessary in the analytical process and decision making for HN team (Dashboard, HO reports). Training: Manage induction training for the business & technical part in using the system for the new users for both E-detailing and Reporting system (Mobile Intelligence). E-Detailing administration and management with coordination with & channel strategy team MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Solution Effectiveness Monitoring HN performance on a daily basis and creation of daily, weekly & monthly pulse reports. Exporting and extracting activity data for dashboard and KPIs and prepare dashboard. Preparing weekly and monthly Activity reports summary for Managers. Rectifying and fixing the system mistakes for the HN team. Follow up with the vendor for system updates and testing the new versions Manage the data interpretation for the team performance E-Detailing administration Manage the E-detailing process Creation for E-Detailing medical stories on the system and manage the key marketing messages deployment to each respective team Extract marketing related reports and do interpretation to correlate the impact of each E-detailing material. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors degree in Medical or pharmaceutical Experience: 2+ years of experience in SFE MNC Company
