Provide professional HR support to develop a people oriented, performance driven and lea
ing organization, by creating and executing effective HR strategies, in alignment with country needs and the central HR team in Dubai. Play a pivotal role in the local business and management team by implementing and streamlining (HR) processes, team composition and decision making. Create and environment in which professional insights are ha
essed to drive the ongoing development of the total organization. Building a trusted relationship with the KSA distributor and managing all matters related to Saudization and Nitaqat to ensure business continuity. BUSINESS CONTEXT & KEY CHALLENGES This role is a key member of the local management team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role to make sure the organization and the people therein are ready today and for the years to come. People and talent development will be critical not just for the role but more importantly for the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES HR strategy and execution in line with current and future business strategy and needs. Delivery and achievement of yearly HR Action plan. Strong professional relationships within the total organization. Open and trustworthy relationships with all employees. Pro activeness. Wellbeing and job satisfaction of employees. Creation and execution of development plans for the organization. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Affinity with FMCG/Food/Pharma environment Experience in multinational environments In total, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in multinational organizations. Affinity with legal aspects of employment and Saudi labor law. Education: University degree in HR, business administration, organization development, business psychology. Professional training in human resources management and consulting skills, CIPD qualifications a plus. Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point. Languages required: Fluent in English and Arabic.
