Support launching new business initiatives and projects. Overlook products pricing and mechanism, and portfolio behaviour. Align the relationship from quality perspective in terms TAT, and service levels. Support new insurance awareness campaigns. Review and unblock vehicles restriction. Support the renewal process through evaluating all available options. Review and approve the total loss settlement. Review and ensure all insurance companies’ invoices and reconciliations are correct and ensure that all the right of revert is registered on customers’ accounts. Ensure that insurance companies pay the total loss cases and deletion refund in regular basis and no delay above 2 months. Ensure that we keep and record insurances database accurate, healthy and archived properly. Provide the necessary reports in regular basis and upon requested. Assist and reply SAMA and legal cases which related to insurance area within the targeted TAT.
