• Managing all processes and functions of warehouse operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of racking and bulk storing area.
• Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Identifies and pursues opportunities to improve warehouse operation.
• Ensure full utilization of ERP available functions to enhance operation.
• Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis for any discrepancies between system and physical cycle counts
• Assist in implementation of projects
• Produce incident and performance reports for senior managers.
• Schedule work & rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels & workloads.
• Leading, motivating, training and developing staff.
• Working with team leaders to review procedures & maximize customer satisfaction.
• Adheres to company policy and safety procedures and work to create a healthy and secure environment.
• Do other tasks assigned by management and related to your expertise.
• Ensure properly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, near-expiry stock report, FEFO/FIFO, consumption report, labor status report to Operation Manager.
• Ensure implementation of approved policy and procedures & SOP
• Manages dispatch and shipping activities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods
• Setting target and define KPI’s to monitor activity based performance and efficiency
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse over-all operations.
• Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration. • Monitor staff welfare and facilitate complaint resolution
• Manage and support recruitment
• Setting KPIs for performance Appraisal
• Communicate organization’s OGSM to staff regularly
• Setting development plans for team & execute them
• Manage, investigate and review accidents/incidents
• Align team’s effort with company’s projects
• Assist operation manager in developing strategic plan to improve operation efficiency.
• Assist in implementing org strategies.
• Provide feedback on strategic implementation.
Skills
· Must be fluent in English and Arabic to a very high standard and process strong communication skills.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, ERP/WMS and other applications relevant to his work.
Education
In business, accounting or relevant filed.
